Sleeping at Camp Del 10-03-08

Waiting at the bedroom door and begging Aunty Del to go to bed.
[I read an item about removing the ghoulish eyes, but haven't tried it yet.]
In bed at last and taking up more than his share of the bed.

Corky in his new doggy stroller 09-19-06

When Corky had his tenth birthday in July 2006 he had developed arthritis in his left hip. It became hard to carry him much without hurting him, so his parents bought him a stroller made for small dogs.

I said "No way is he going to stay in that." I was wrong. In the two years since, he has never tried to get out of it. He rides around with a princely air, I almost expect him to start waving.

Corky in his boat bed 03-27-05

Here is the little guy all snug in his boat bed with his head on the prow, but I don't think he is really asleep. He is looking through his eyelashes wondering what I am up to.

And then he gave me the 'evil eye' because he wants to sleep and I want to take pictures. Poor little Poodle Prince.

Corky at Camp Del 09-20-08

Wherever we walk we find a few strategic places to sit down for a minute, not for Corky, but for his Nanny. This bench is in the front yard of a neighbor about two-thirds along our usual route.

This is Corky refusing to look at me.
And here he is - still refusing to look at me.
I think his problem was that he didn't want to stop and rest for a minute, much less hang around to have his picture taken.
