Corky's parents were gone for a few days, spent a day at home and then went away for another day. So, on Saturday while they were home I took Corky down for a visit - I know how much they miss him when they are away for very long. After dancing around in ecstasy Corky and his mommy curled up for some lovin' time.

Halloween costume for Corky?

I thought I could make Corkyinto a ghost for Halloween using this pointed hat, but he just looks like a white poodle in a pointed hat.
Except for his spooky eyes.

He sleeps... with his apricot pillow.

You can see why sometimes he is hard to find - he just blends in w/his bed.

He realized I was taking pictures and is about ready to give me a dirty look because I disturbed his sleep. All he does at Camp Del is sleep, eat, go for a walk, take his pills and get loved whenever he wants it. What a guy! What a life.

Corky shakes hands 08-14-05

Corky looking handsome on a red patio table and shaking hands. He is very polite, if someone extends their hand he obliges by putting out his paw to shake.
If he saw Suraya he would shake her hand!

The Patient Being Patient 10-12-08

Corky was very low keyed on Friday, the first day of his antibiotics. He likes to lay on the bottom few steps at his house. Here he has tucked himself into a step and looks so comfortable. He is so accustomed to having his picture taken that he will just stay in one pose for quite a long time. I just take one shot and say, "Stay" and he stays. So patient.

His Mommy told me this evening that he is doing just great. But just like people he must take the full course of the antibiotics, which will end next Thursday.

Corky in his brown bed 10-07-08

Corky was eager for his Mommy and Daddy to come home. This bed is in the hall/dining area, so he has a direct view of both the front door and the garage door. Auntie Del watched him "remake" his bed about five times before he had it just right.

He found the final comfortable arrangement , put his chin on the edge of the bed and both feet on the little pillow. He does look regal. When he heard the truck he jumped out of bed and ran in circles, barking - he really lets his parents know that he is glad they are home.
